Merry Christmas! (Plus A Delicious Holiday Cocktail Recipe)

Merry Christmas - The Calm Collective

Merry Christmas, lovelies! This is just a short and sweet blog post to let you all know how grateful I am for you, and to hopefully make you smile with this hilarious photo of my pup baby, Jasper, that I snapped last week at Chris’ stillhouse. (If you’re ever in Traverse City, please come in! It’s the coziest space with the most delicious drinks. Let me know if you’ll be coming simply by sending me an email to hello@thecalmcollective.com. I’d love to meet you in person!)  Speaking of delicious drinks, I wanted to share one of my favorite seasonal cocktails that Traverse City Whiskey makes (guarantee it’ll be a crowd pleaser wherever you are this evening!) See below for the recipe.

Merry Christmas - The Calm Collective

Today is all about relaxing and listening to Christmas music up in snowy Northern Michigan. I’m so grateful to be in this gorgeous city, and to be spending more and more time here. It really is a magical place.  As you may have heard on this blog and over on Instagram, Chris bought the sweetest A-frame chalet that sits on 6 acres, and we’ve been spending the last couple of months renovating it from the ground up. I took a poll over on Instagram the other day asking if you all would like to see progress images and updates here on the blog – and it was a major “yes”.  So, consider it done! :)

I hope you all have the most amazing holiday and spend it with the ones you love. Remember to take good care of yourself today and the days leading up to the new year. Here to help should you need me in the meantime – x
