Dear dinner with my oldest friends,
You’re healing and I’m so insanely thankful for you. You too, Beuna Terra. Your Italian cuisine and beet salad is to die for.
Keep the sunshine and slight chill in the air just a little bit longer. I know you’re the Midwest and you like to change your mind every other day, but just work on this one for me.
Thank you for being so forgiving, and for telling me what you need every day. I’m learning to listen to you, so please be patient. The grace you’re showing me is incredible and I’m doing my absolute best to take good care of you.
Thanks for showing me what it means to be loved and to be loved well. GGC.
I feel so calm and at peace every single time I walk inside the door. That, is an awesome feeling.
I miss you already. Thank you for opening my eyes to such a friendly, gorgeous country. thank you for gifting me such an amazing experience with my mama, and for documenting an incredible birthday/Mothers Day celebration for her. I’ll be back for you (and all of your sea salt ice cream and Baby Guinness glory)
Dear Lily the Drone,
Thank you for being patient with me while I learn how to use you. You were such a little champion in Ireland. Love you.
Dear Chasing Slow by Erin Loechner,
You were a super important read for me and I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon your sweet book. The timing couldn’t have been any better.
Dear Cape Cod,
You were everything I wanted you to be and more. Thank you for providing us with such amazing weather (when you were supposed to be in the 50s) and for being the landing place where I’d meet so many amazing new people. I’ll be back for you.
Dear Westin Heavenly Mattress,
Just, oh my god. You’re out of this world. You continue to give me the best nights sleep that I’ve ever had, and I will never give you up. Thanks for making travel recovery that much easier.1
