Hey babes! I’m back here today in collaboration with Free People, and I cannot wait to show you how amazing this little dusty blue romper is that they sent over. I wear this piece weekly, and to say that it’s soft and light weight is the understatement of the century. I prefer to pair it with a lace bralette (this is my favorite and the one I’m wearing) to give off a feminine vibe, especially since the arm holes drape down pretty low. One of my absolute favorite things about this romper is how you can change up the look in a variety of ways. I’ve listed out three styles for you guys: Running errands, date night and weekend casual. Let’s dive in ;)
1. RUNNING ERRANDS
I don’t know about you, but when I’m running errands and have a long list of to-do’s, being comfortable is essential. I’ve even been known to return home to change if I’m just not feeling it. The shoes have to offer support while still being stylish, the outfit simple enough to where it won’t get in the way of all my shopping bags, and a cover up option for the always freezing department stores. This romper paired with a cozy knit sweater and sneakers is the ultimate outfit for the girl on the go.
2. DATE NIGHT
I love how versatile this romper is. For date night, I simply added some tall stiletto black boots with this suede trench, paired with a statement beaded bag. Due to the bag being a piece of art in itself, I kept my jewelry simple and opted for dainty gold earrings and my staple gold ring that I wear every single day.
3. WEEKEND CASUAL
Whenever I’m lounging around the house or heading out to a local brunch spot, a cozy sweater is a must. It’s a little chilly here in South Florida right now, so this soft wrap sweater is the perfect layer for the romper. Truthfully, even if it were in the high 80’s, I would still bring this along with me in case the AC is pumping high (pretty standard). Pair this look with some cognac booties and a dainty necklace and you’ve got yourself the perfect, relaxed weekend outfit.
