Happy Wednesday, loves! I’m finally settled back home and all unpacked from our week long out west. I packed more than what I normally would (and checked a bag!) mainly due to the weather changes from Nevada > Utah > Montana. I probably could have gotten way more clever with my packing and constructing outfits to mix and match, but we were trying to get a lot of landscaping and house renovation stuff done so I put that on the back burner. Speaking of renovations — I’m so excited to start sharing some progress before and after photos here on the blog! It’s been a total labor of love, and we’re both feeling more than ready to be most of the way done so we can sit back and enjoy the midwestern summer we wait for all year ;)

So we’re back here today with another Etsy Shop Spotlight, and I can’t wait to introduce you all to Esther and Luke of Hanselmann Pottery. Their work is so incredibly beautiful – so much so I have their thumb print mugs (my favorite and the only way I’ll drink my coffee & tea now), their little bud vase (which I have on my nightstand with little wildflowers from the yard), and their utensil jar that fits in so well with our kitchen (again, full reveal coming soon!) All of their work is crafted, glazed and painted by hand, comes shipped with the utmost care, and the pricing is incredibly reasonable. Hopefully my sister isn’t reading today’s post, because I’ve already planned on gifting her the thumb print mugs for her birthday, and the bud vase for my girlfriends.
Now that the renovations are coming along and we can start adding more touches to each room, I’m having so much fun carefully curating and being mindful about who I’m purchasing from. As most of you know, Etsy is one of the very best places for this since it’s all handmade from different artisans around the world. Hanselmann Pottery is one of my personal favorites (these dog bowls!), and they were kind enough to offer 15% off at checkout when you use the code THECALMCOLLETIVE. This offer ends July 31st, and is good for ANY item in the shop.
Other favorites from the Hanselmann Pottery collection:
+ Casserole dish (this is in my cart right now)
+ Breakfast bowl (can you imagine eating smoothie bowls out of this every morning?)
